Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.

Information about your current location and movement is stored and used by G7 for Security, Fraud Prevention, Auto-fill and to provide notifications about relevant nearby bookings to our Vendors.

This Information may be used by Authorised G7 Staff for Analytics purposes. Your identity will be kept Anonymus in such use cases.

Personal Data we may collect from you are as under:

From Mobile Apps: Personal details (e.g. name, email address, user id, phone number) needed for registration with us, communications, account management and/or avail other services from us.

Over Chat (WhatsApp, SMS, and other similar secure platforms): contact details, residential address, location, date of birth, documents such as identity card / passport details / Aadhaar details / PAN / Voter ID / driving license, and/or education details needed for KYC and Vendor Verification, Communications, and Analytics.

Performance Information

Details of your use of our Services, including traffic data, logs, interactions and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through our Services.

Device Details

Device Manufacturer, Model Number, OS Version, IP Address, Carrier Name, Device ID required for Fraud Prevention, Security, Compliance and Account Management.

In various processes / submission of applications / availment of product offerings, we even seek your explicit consent to use / share your Personal Data. We use latest secure server layers encryption and access control on our systems. Our safety and security processes are audited by a third party cyber security audit agency from time to time. We have provided multiple levels of security to safeguard your app by Login/Logout option and SSL encrypted Data Transfer (double encoded for sensitive information). We also ensure the device binding so that the same login cannot be used on different device without any additional authentication/OTP. Please do not share your App login, password and OTP details with anybody.
